Community Engagement is one of the many services provided by AAW. Our comprehensive programs provide support and resources to organizations and community groups to collaborate on how to blend and market "Outdoors Access 4 All!" within their programs to enhance services with the goal to increase health and wellness by providing opportunities to experience nature and access the great outdoors. This will help them reach visitors and residents to include all abilities in their communities.
These partnerships have enabled us to expand our reach and impact, providing more opportunities for individuals with mobility challenges to fully experience a variety of events and activities as participants, leaders, and social organizers. By working collaboratively, we can create a more inclusive society where everyone can participate in all aspects of community life, regardless of their abilities.
