Individual Memberships

We have great news! AAW has implemented a new and improved system for reserving equipment!

 

Your membership application will include the majority of what was previously "All That Paperwork."  

 

AAW Individual Memberships are free! With your membership in place, you'll be ready to reserve equipment with a refundable deposit.

1. Create an account on our website

Navigate to the Sign Up / Login icon in the upper right corner of our website. You can Sign Up with your email or use Facebook or Google. You'll receive an email to verify your email address. (Note: if you already have an account on our website, skip to step #2.)

Sign into your account on our website using that same Sign Up / Login icon. This will give you access to the membership form now, and the reservation pages later.

3. Access & Complete the AAW Membership Form

Navigate to our Membership Levels page. Review the options for the type of membership, based on how you plan to reserve/use the adaptive equipment. For all levels, you are required to upload a picture of your Federal ID or Driver's License. For the Pathfinder level, you'll also need to upload proof of vehicle insurance. 

You'll receive your membership confirmation email in 2-4 business days

The AAW team will review your submitted documents and confirm your membership via email. If you have questions in the meantime, please reach out to us at admin@accessabilitywi.org.

After receiving your AAW ID you are ready to ...

Make your reservation!

With your membership level in place, you'll have access to reserve equipment on our website. Review the locations and equipment here: Reserve! You'll need to be logged into your AAW account in order to add your reservation to your cart. From there, you'll be guided through the cart checkout and payment process.
