After we contact you, your organization may make one or many community engagement/event (CE) requests. 
 

• Once you make the CE Request, you will be provided a CE Code and we work together on messaging and equipment collaboration to ensure your organizational reservation request is complete.

Reservation deposits and rates are dependent on your organization's coalition membership and the amount of AAW resources requested.
