Individual Memberships

We have great news! AAW has implemented a new and improved system for reserving equipment!

Your membership application will include the majority of what was previously "All That Paperwork."

AAW Individual Memberships are free! With your membership in place, you'll be ready to reserve equipment with a refundable deposit.

Below is a description of the membership categories. Determine which one fits you and then complete the

individual membership steps.

Pathfinder

Do you* want to tow an AAW trailer with an AAW OWC chair to your favorite outdoor spot? You may also want to

lead or participate in one or more community events out in nature or
visit one of our onsite Coalition or Network Partners to check out equipment

... then the Pathfinder is right for you!

* Anyone towing a trailer must be over 26, provide a valid Driver's License, proof of valid full coverage vehicle insurance, and have a vehicle equipt to tow.

Explorer

Can't tow a trailer and chair to your favorite outdoor spot? Well, we have options for you.

You may want to

lead or participate in one or more community events out in nature or
visit one of our onsite Coalition or Network Partners to check out equipment

... then the Explorer is right for you!

Hiker

Do you want to have fun using an AAW OWC for an outdoor activity? Are you under 18*? Your parent(s)/guardian(s) need to become Pathfinder member(s) ... then the Hiker is right for you!

*Note: If you are over at 18 and require a legal guardian, then you would be signed up as a Hiker.
